Create the visual appearance of the solution to make sure that in addition to being functional, it is also entertaining, involving, and aesthetically pleasing. They take good care to match the solution to the client’s look-and-feel objectives and corporate identity.
Beceri
Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, Flash, and the other tools of the trade is their smallest virtue. Our visual designers are also artists and illustrators who have extensive knowledge of colors, fonts, shapes, typography, human perception, images, and image making.

Design the technical part of the solution – system architecture, database, objects, and so on – and implement it in code.

Ensure the quality of the solution through reviews, software tests, usability tests, and process control. From day one they take care that the solution and the process meet client requirements, user needs, Netage good practices, and industry standards. They are the ones who decide whether the solution is ready to be released.

Passion for quality and ability to break things down are their two main traits. In addition our testers (also QAs) are methodical and systematic, sceptical about assumptions, attentive to details, and capable of stepping in other people’s boots.
