Marketing Executives
- Role
- In charge of understanding the client business objectives and developing the proper marketing strategy (online and/or offline).
- Skills
- They are experts in market research, competition analysis, online marketing strategy development, registration with search engines, promotion campaigning, media budget preparation, post production analysis, and so on.
Interaction Designers
- Role
- Responsible for designing usable solutions, they look at users’ needs, figure out what kind of product best addresses them, and create a behavior specification for that product, which the development team then uses.

- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, Flash, and the other tools of the trade is their smallest virtue. Our visual designers are also artists and illustrators who have extensive knowledge of colors, fonts, shapes, typography, human perception, images, and image making.
Software Developers
- Role
- Design the technical part of the solution – system architecture, database, objects, and so on – and implement it in code.
- Skills
- Our developers are excellent programmers who know that to make good software one must go beyond programming. So alongside with posessing knowledge of the latest web related technologies they are excellent problem solvers, modelers and innovators.
QA Engineers
- Role
- Ensure the quality of the solution through reviews, software tests, usability tests, and process control. - Passion for quality and ability to break things down are their two main traits. In addition our testers (also QAs) are methodical and systematic, sceptical about assumptions, attentive to details, and capable of stepping in other people’s boots.

- Prepare the environment for the solution and deploy it on-line when ready; then monitor the traffic and update information when needed.
- Skills
- If someone knows something about the Web, networks, servers, protocols, security, viruses and worms, encryption, configuration, hosting, and may be a dozen more, it is them.
